Law firm contract review pipeline
Contracts move from upload to AI findings to a draft letter of advice, with a lawyer reviewing every risk and a full audit trail.

The problem
Property law firms review large volumes of standard contracts. Each one is read clause by clause for the same risks, findings are typed into a letter, and the supervising lawyer has no single view of which files carry open risks.
What we built
A contract review pipeline running for law firms today.
- Pipeline: uploaded, extracted, analysed, findings ready, reviewed, letter issued.
- Findings grouped by risk level, each editable inline by the lawyer before anything is sent.
- Risk roll-up per matter and a dashboard of the top open risks across the firm.
- Letter of advice drafted as a Word document from the reviewed findings.
- Audit log of who changed what and when.
- The lawyer decides: AI prepares, nothing goes to a client without review.
The board at a glance
| Uploaded | Analysed | Findings ready | Reviewed | Letter issued |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Matter 2041 | Matter 2038 | Matter 2033 (2 high risks) | Matter 2029 | Matter 2020 |
Outcome
Built and in use by law firms. Review time goes into judgement rather than reading for routine clauses.
