Who we are
This website is operated by Premium Business IT Pty Ltd (ABN 87 152 336 019), an IT services provider based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect on this website
- Enquiry details you give us. When you submit a form we receive your name, business name, email, phone number and message, plus how you found the site. We use this to respond to you and, if you become a client, to set up your account.
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached us. Clarity may record anonymised session replays; anything you type is masked.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request, time) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the data above for anything beyond running, improving and marketing our own services.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site works fine without them.
Where data is stored
Enquiries are delivered to our Australian business email. Analytics providers (Google, Microsoft, Vercel) may process data on servers outside Australia under their own privacy policies.
