Before you start
Please call us first on 07 5631 4365 so a technician is ready for you. Only download this tool when a PBIT technician has asked you to.

Download the PBIT support tool.

Run the file you downloaded and follow the prompts. Windows may ask for permission to make changes; choose Yes. You may need an administrator password for the computer.

Allow the connection. When our technician is ready, you will be asked to allow them to connect. Nothing connects until you allow it, and you can watch everything they do.

This tool works on Windows computers only. Call us on 07 5631 4365 and we will help you another way.
Your privacy
Our technician can only see and use your computer during a session you have allowed. When the job is finished we remove the support tool, or you can ask us to remove it at any time.
