How it works
  1. A contract is uploaded and the clauses are extracted.
  2. The AI checks each clause against the firm's risk list and prepares findings.
  3. A lawyer accepts, edits or rejects every finding. Nothing reaches a client without that review.
  4. The letter of advice is drafted from accepted findings only, and every step is in the audit log.
