The problem
Small online retailers know their store needs attention (stock, product pages, security updates, slow pages) but not which job matters most today. Tools that "fix everything" make changes nobody asked for.
What we built
A store operations agent with a single "Today" page.
- Five ranked cards a day, ordered by impact: sales first, then customers, trust and housekeeping.
- Each card has three buttons: OK, fix it, Show me how and Not now.
- Four approval tiers: small safe fixes run on their own, bigger ones show a dry run first, the riskiest need explicit approval, and some are manual only. Every change can be rolled back.
- Modules: inventory, search visibility, security and database health.
The board at a glance
| Priority | Card | Action |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Three best sellers out of stock | OK, fix it |
| 2 | Product pages missing descriptions | Show me how |
| 3 | Plugin security update available | OK, fix it |
| 4 | Abandoned carts this week | Not now |
| 5 | Database tidy-up | OK, fix it |
Outcome
Live for a small online retailer. The owner acts on a short list each morning instead of a long backlog.
